The hotel had a nice location in the Xima restaurant. There was café Cafe Icacos, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. Friendly services were available. The pool was very clean, the staff here was amazingly kind.

Very comfy beds and cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave. Exceptional view of the ocean. Particularly good location in a great central area that is easy to get around by walking or inexpensive taxis.

Thoroughly enjoyed to spend 3 days in our new-fashioned triple room with a lovely balcony, comfortable beds plus coffee. It was in the central location on a hill overlooking Bahia Chahue. The services were friendly. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good.

The hotel was quaint and fairly clean with outstanding views of Chahue bay. The staff was super-friendly, the service was great, they shared some useful information. The booked room was attractive and new-fashioned. The room also had cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave. The property had a central position right by go to Santa Cruz as well as Santa Cruz beaches. Greatly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was in the central setting easy to get around by walking or inexpensive taxis. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like L'echalote that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel had a great location close to the beach, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the sun and sand. It was also conveniently situated near downtown and a grocery store, allowing guests to easily explore the area and access amenities. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable space for guests to relax. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

There were no minibars or refrigerators in the rooms, which made it difficult to keep drinks cold in the hot and humid weather.

New-fashioned and attractive room available with a mini fridge, balcony plus kitchenette. The staff were attentive, the breakfast was good! Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in a fantastic area, just next door to the bays and Santa Cruz beach, the grocery store, and main town.

Location is super, quiet but nevertheless central. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Great view from the balcony.

The staff was amazing, responsive, and understanding. Room 408 connected to 409 was unique. The suite room was comfortable. English-speaking staff. Lobby ATM. Very clean. Beautiful pool view. Indoor jacuzzi tub. Manager was helpful.

The hotel was well-kept and good small, loved the ocean view from our standard twin room. All the staff were very amiable giving some tips about the city. Also, location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, at walking distance from Santa Cruz Bay. The vibe here was elegant. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient. Our whole experience was really comfortable, would recomand.

Quaint hotel with good and absolutely perfect location near the beach in the morning as well as Chahue, Santa Cruz and the Chedraui supermarket and restaurants. Good sleep in a very comfy bed, modern and attractive room. Great service, free parking available onsite. Very clean pool area too.
